Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pizza crust:
3 cups sifted all purpose flour [for gluten-free products, substitute with gluten free flour]
1 cup warm water
1 tsp yeast
Bread crumbs or corn meal
Pinch of salt [optional]
1 tsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, oregano
Olives – black and/or green [optional]
Tomato puree
Green pepper [optional]
Onion [optional]
Fresh garlic
Mushrooms [optional]
Mozzarella cheese or cheese substitute
Nature Burger vegetarian burger meat replacement [optional]
Pizza Sauce:
One small can of tomato puree
Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
2 crushed cloves fresh garlic
Mix pizza sauce ingredients into small bowl and season to taste. Set aside until needed.
Topping
1 small onion diced
1 green pepper diced
Green or black olives as desired
1 cup sliced or diced mushrooms
8 oz of mozzarella or cheese substitute
Nature Burger vegetarian burger meat replacement [optional]

Recipe Instructions:
Pizza Crust
In a mixing bowl, add the water. Dissolve salt and yeast into the water, then slowly begin adding the flour while mixing until it yields a nice ball of dough. It should be slightly tacky to the touch. Put dough into warmed oven to rise for one hour. Remove dough from oven and place into refrigerator until slightly chilled and non-tacky to the touch.
Then the sauce!
Remove dough from refrigerator and on a floured counter top, roll out dough to fit pizza sheet. On pizza pan, sprinkle bread crumbs or corn meal then place dough on pizza sheet and roll excess to create crust.
Spread sauce evenly on top of the dough. Sprinkle cheese then vegetables evenly throughout pizza. Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 18 to 20 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
