| Simple Bean Dip |

Recipe Description:
My mom always made it for the superbowl and now I make it... of course after making it vegetarian. Very easy to make vegan too. Makes a large pot... so either put less in or plan on having lots of guests over.

Ingredients:
4 15-ounce cans of vegetarian refried beans
1 very large container of salsa or 3 to 4 smaller containers
1 box boca crumbles
1 bag shredded chedder cheese or vegan cheese (optional)
2 containers of sour cream or vegan sour cream (optional)
2 bags of Fritos scoups

Recipe Instructions:
In a large pot on medium heat, fry the boca crumbles in a little bit of oil. When they're done add the refried beans, salsa, and cheese. Cook until heated through. Spoon some into a serving bowl, add some sour cream on top and serve with fritos.
